Feefo, established in 2010, is an independent review platform. It offers Mattress Online customers a space to provide feedback on the products they've purchased and only sends review invitations to verified customers. We know how difficult disposing of your old mattress can be. This is why we've worked with our recycling partners, Bye Bye Beds and SSSl Ltd, to give you the easiest option to have your old mattress swapped out with your new one in a single delivery, all while ensuring your old mattress doesn't go to landfill.
All we ask is that the mattress you are recycling is the same size or smaller than the mattress you have purchased due to the allocated space in our delivery vans. And of course, the only thing that matters is whether you love your new mattress or not. This is why we're proud to offer a 60-night mattress trial on all of our mattresses. If you don't like it, we'll swap it. We're thrilled to say that only a fraction of customers find they don't like their new mattress and want to swap it.
Your Comfort Trial begins upon your mattress delivery and you can request an exchange after 30 nights. This period allows you to adjust to the new feel of your mattress. Throughout the Trial, we require you to use a mattress protector for hygienic reasons and to keep the mattress safe. Exchanges are for mattresses of the same size and must be ordered from Mattress Online.
If your replacement mattress costs more than the original, we will ask you to pay the difference. If the mattress you have chosen is priced lower than the mattress you purchased, we cannot refund the difference. However, if the replacement mattress you’ve chosen is similar in cost to your original purchased mattress but slightly cheaper - up to £100 cheaper - we will give you the difference in credit to spend on the site.
